West Montrose Sanitation District offers several payment options:
1. ONLINE PAYMENTS WITH E-CHECK AND ALL SINGLE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
Click the Pay Online button if you are ready to proceed. (Reccurring payments can be set-up by calling the District office at (970) 249.1686 and will NOT be subject to a monthly fee.) NOTE: If you are currently enrolled in reccuring payments you do not need to pay online. Please see the information below and call our office if you have any questions at 970.249.1686.
This payment processing service is hosted by the State of Colorado Internet Portal Authority on their secure servers and is offered by West Montrose Sanitation District as a convenience to our customers.
A Portal Administration Fee for online payments will be charged and retained by the State of Colorado, not West Montrose Sanitation District. Customers will have the opportunity to review the transaction before authorizing payment.
Credit/Debit Cards Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
Administrative Portal Fee: (Payment Amount + $.75) * 2.25%
Example: ($26.00 + .75) * 2.25% = $27.35 charged to credit/debit card
E-Check
Administrative Portal Fee: $1.00/transaction regardless of the amount of transaction
Example: $26.00 + $1.00 = $27.00
To complete an online payment transaction, customers will need:
- Account Number (WITH NO SPECIAL CHARACTERS)
Example: Account Number is ABC12*3456 you enter ABC123456 - Service Address as printed on the billing statement
- Your Name
2. MAIL TO OR DROP OFF PAYMENTS AT: (NO FEE FOR CHECK, CASH OR MONEY ORDER. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL CASH.)
